Iraq is keen to close the file of the past with Kuwait

The Iraqi Trade Minister Mohammed Mehdi Saleh has stressed that Iraq is looking forward to developing its trade relations with Kuwait and to close the file of the past.
In a statement he made on Saturday evening in Baghdad before Arab and foreign journalists, Saleh said there are no restrictions before trade and economic relations with Kuwait, as is the case with any other Arab state.
