Arab festival opens in Addis Ababa

The Ethiopian Arab Festival opened in Addis Ababa Friday, with the participation of culture and arts representatives from Qatar, Morocco, Kuwait, Yemen and Sudan.
The one-week event features movies, folkloric dance, painting exhibitions, fashion shows and Arab traditional music.
Morocco will be present in the festival through two successful movies: Nabil Ayouch's "Ali Zaoua" and Abderrahmane Tazi's "Badis."
The Addis Ababa cultural week aims to contribute to strengthening the friendship ties between the Arab and Ethiopian peoples.
