Moroccan- Emirates talks over airport duty-free zones

General manager of the Moroccan authority of customs and indirect taxes, Abderrazak Moussadeq, met in Abu Dhabi executives from the Abu Dhabi airport.
After a tour in the Abu Dhabi duty-free area, the Moroccan official inquired about the duty-free area and electronic villages and possibilities of carrying out similar projects in Moroccan airports.
An executive from the Abu Dhabi airport explained that the airport authorities focus on the projects' capacity to achieve a high added-value for the local economy and to conduct long-term investments.
