At the invitation of President al-Assad, King Muhammad starts an official visit to Damascus

At the invitation of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, King Muhammad VI of Morocco will start today an official visit to the Syrian Arab Republic which will last for three days during which he will hold talks with high ranking Syrian officials dealing with bilateral relations and the situation in the region.
The King is accompanied by prince Mollai Ismael and an official delegation including the foreign affairs minister Muhammad Bin Issa, Omar Ozeiman the minister of justice, Abdul Karim al-Madghari al-Alawi the minister of al-Awqaf and Islamic affairs and several advisors for the King and the Moroccan ambassador in Damascus.
