The general command of the Sudanese armed forces announced on Thursday that its forces were able to liberate Keisan city in the Blue Nile province and to liberate several smaller areas around the same city. In a statement, the Sudanese army leadership added that liberating this city came after fierce fighting in which the fourth troops contingent launched fierce fighting with the rebel movement for several days.
