Moroccan health minister meets assistant SG of Baath party

Moroccan minister of health, Thami El Kyari, who is also secretary general of the Front of Democratic Forces (FFD), met in Damascus assistant vice-secretary general of the Baath party, Abdellah Al Ahmar.
The talks held on Tuesday covered means to foster cooperation between the two parties, and preparations for the official visit a delegation from the FFD will be paying to Syria in July.
The two politicians also discussed the situation in the Middle East and events taking place in the occupied Palestinian territories.
The Moroccan minister, who was in Baghdad, will also meet Wednesday Syrian peer, Mohammed Ayyad al Shatti.
