Moroccan group for preventing an Israeli delegation from taking part in International Socialism conference

The Moroccan al-Muwatanah ( citizenship) group for the sake of Palestine has extended a message to the first secretary of the socialist federation party for the Moroccan people's forces Abdul Rahman al-Youseifi in which it called for preventing representatives of the Israeli Labor party from taking part in the "International Socialism conference" due to be held in Casablanca on May 31st.

The Moroccan daily al-Sabah ( morning ) quoted one of the signatories of the message, Sayoun Aseidoun, as saying it is not acceptable that Morocco will receive under the circumstance which the Palestinian cause is passing, representatives for the Israeli Labor party which takes part in the Israeli government which is involved in the crimes committed against the Palestinians.

The message considered the presence of the Israeli delegation as an "insult" to Moroccans, while the chairman of the Moroccan society in support of the struggle of the Palestinians Bin Jalloun al-Andalusi said that the International Socialism receiving of the Israeli Labor party delegation constitutes a doubt in its credibility.

For his part, member of the central bureau of the Moroccan human rights society Muhammad al-Boukeili viewed the coming of representatives for the Israeli Labor party to Morocco as unacceptable matter and called for preventing the coming of the Israeli delegation.
