German army officers in the Palestinian territories

The Lebanese daily al-Sharq said on Wednesday, according to Palestinian sources that officers from the German intelligence are currently in the Palestinian territories.
According to the sources and in a report issued on Wednesday the paper said that those officers are expected to have a role in the plan of the European Union which is presumed to urge the Israeli and Palestinian sides to start political negotiations.
