Algerians vote for new parliament today

Algerians who are eligible to vote, number 18 million will head today morning to the ballot boxes to choose their representatives for the new national people's council ( parliament).
The Algerian voters will cast their votes in 40,000 balloting centers covering all Algerian territories starting as from 8 a.m. morning until 8.p.m. after which selecting of votes starts immediately.
Some 10052 candidates, representing 23 political parties are competing for 381 seats, of which 8 seats are for members of the Algerian community abroad.
