Continued Israeli occupation of Bethlehem, Qalqilya, break into Jenin

The Israeli forces on Tuesday continued incursions into several quarters into Jenin especially in al-Qasaba area amid intensive fire and tear gas at the houses of the Palestinians. This resulted in the killing of the Palestinian Youssef Shreim (55 year old) and wounding many others.
The Palestinian Intifada youth exchanged intensive fire with the Israeli forces which demolished several houses and carried out a detention and breaking in campaign targeting 11 citizens including Rami Awwad, the commander of the military wing of the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas in Jenin and Khaled al-Haj, the spokesman for the movement and Wasfi Kabha one of its leading figures.
The commander of the Israeli forces which broke into al-Qasaba quarters said that his forces will continue military operations inside this quarters and others and even this will result in destroying it the same as happened in Jenin camp.
Meantime, the Israeli forces detained scores of Palestinians in al-Khalil, Toulkarem, Qalqilya and Bethlehem. Some 28 Palestinians were arrested in Bethlehem while the Israeli forces cordoned the headquarters of the Palestinian police and checked the identity of 75 of its members in preparation to arrest them.
