Khartoum agrees to lift no-fly zone in the south

The Sudanese government has approved a decision proposed by the US calling for lifting the air embargo imposed on the area where relief aid is distributed by land in the southern part of the country. The Sudanese government also stressed its readiness to reconsider its decision on banning flying over the oil production provinces "al-Wahda and the north of Baher al-Gazelle " in southern Sudan.
