On the Somali reconciliation conference

Djibouti's President Ismael Omar Gheli said that his country will not take part in any conference for reconciliation in Somalia that goes beyond the existing reality, following Arta conference.
In a statement to the Sudanese daily al-Khartoum issued on Monday, Gheli added that his Djibouti exerted great efforts to achieve Somali reconciliation and helped in the foundating of the Somali parliament and the formation of the provisional government and that everything has been running normally in due course, but now large differences have appeared between the government and the opposition.
