Human rights, role of parliament elements in Tunisia's referendum

The citizne's referendum on the constitutional reform project proposed by the Tunisian President Zein al-Abidin Bin Ali started in Tunis on Sunday morning.
The constitutional reforms project aims at strengthening human rights and founding the council of advisors besides the parliament and boosting the role played by parliament members in questioning the performance of the government.
The project also includes the possibility that the President of the republic can be nominated for a fourth term of office through introducing the two session system on electing the President of Republic.
Some 3,652,328 Tunisian eligible for voting distributed on 24 electoral divisions are taking part in the referendum.
