Morocco's carrier posts over $ 636 mln in net profit

The Moroccan carrier, Royal Air Maroc, posted more that US$ 636 million in net profit in 2000-2001, the company said.
The carrier recorded a turnover (excluding taxes) of 6.9 billion dirhams, which represents a 6.4 percent rise compared to 1999-2000.
RAM transported 3,677,731 passengers in 2000-2001, which is a decrease of 1.3 percent compared to the previous year.
