Twelve dead, 880 injured in urban traffic accidents may 13-20

Twelve people were killed and 880 injured, 60 seriously, in 749 road accidents in Morocco's urban areas between May 13 and 20.
The figure represents a 6.39% rise compared to the previous week, the police said. The number of persons killed and injured decreased by 36.84% and 3.07% respectively.
The accidents are mostly imputed to failure to heed traffic code and excessive speed.
