Egypt, EU sign memo of understanding on upgrading customs, exports

Egypt and European Union Commission in Cairo initialed yesterday a memo of understanding on upgrading the performance of customs and exports.
Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Fayza Abul Naga signed for Egypt whereas envoy Ian Boag signed for the EU Commission.
The Minister in remarks following the signature said the programme of upgrading commerce is one of eight programmes concluded between the two parties under which Egypt will get a package of assistance worth 351 million euros.
