Qaddafi reviewed African issues with Ugandan counterpart

Libyan President Muammar al-Qaddafi on Sunday in Sert reviewed with the Ugandan President Yuri Mosovini several African issues, foremost being the question of building frameworks and structures of the African federation.
The two presidents also discussed Libyan- Ugandan bilateral relations and means of strengthening and developing them in all fields as well as regional and international issues of mutual concern.
Uganda's President and members of the accompanying delegation arrived on Saturday evening in the Libyan city of Sert.
