Morocco, Emirates study joint investment projects

Means to carry out joint investment projects between Morocco and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) topped talks held Wednesday in Dubai by Moroccan minister of social economy, small and medium firms and handicraft, Ahmed Lahlimi, and Sheik Hamdane Bin Rached Al Maktoum, UAE minister of industry.
The two men studied possible joint ventures in industry, tourism, telecommunications, particularly at the level of the private sector.
Lahlimi said he was confident as to the prospects of cooperation between the two Arab nations.
The Moroccan official is leading his country's delegation to a seminar on "financing Problems in Global Economy" in the UAE.
Several Arab and foreign institutes will be taking part in the conference.
