A decree to nominate Ahmad al-Ahmad, member at the central command of the NPF in Syria

President Bashar al-Assad has issued decree no 21 that provides for nominating Ahmad Muhammad al-Ahmad as member in the Central Command of the National Progressive Front (NPF) in Syria.
