Mubarak, Bashir meet in Cairo

Egypt's President Hosni Mubarak on Wednesday in Cairo discussed with Sudan's President Omar al-Bashir the situation in the occupied Palestinian territories, and the conditions on the Sudanese arena and means of revitalizing the Egyptian- Libyan initiative to achieve reconciliation in Sudan in light of the possibility of convening the dialogue forum due to bring together Sudanese parties so as to give a push forward to peace in Sudan.
The two presidents also reviewed Egyptian- Sudanese bilateral relations and means of strengthening them in the service of the two countries' interests.
