Bashir rules out reconciliation with Turabi

The Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir has ruled out reconciliation with the opposition Islamic leader Hassan al-Turabi who is under "home arrest," in a statement, the Sudanese President made to the independent Sudanese daily al-Watan.
Al- Bashir said "you have to know that there is no dialogue between us and al-Turabi." Al- Bashir's statements were made commenting on rumors talking about contacts between the government and the People's National Congress party led by al-Turabi.
