Saudi Arabian military officials have announced that the Saudi security forces found by the "end of this week" a missile shell, Russian made "Sam 7" near the Prince Sultan military base which is used by the American forces while Sheikh Saleh al-Fouzan, one member of senior men of religion commission in Saudi Arabia considered that "truce and reconciliation with Jews are justified according to the Islamic jurisprudence if the interests of Muslims says so."
The declaration of the Saudi military officials were made after the Pentagon on Friday announced finding an "empty" missile shell inside the outer fence of the base. The Saudi officials gave no explanation on how the shell arrived into an area close to the base.
Sheikh Fouzan, on the other hand, said that "truce and reconciliation with the Jews and other 'non- believers' are permitted if the interests of Muslims is served, and this what Prophet Muhammad did in his reconciliation with the Jews in al- Madina and with the non believers in al-Hudebeya truce." He added in statement issued by the Saudi daily al-Jazira on Sunday that "the woman is not permitted to drive a car" because of the fears of showing her face and mixing with men when the car is exposed to a damage or an accident as well as photographing the woman to get the driving license and many other related matters." Meantime, the Saudi minister of justice Abdullah al-Sheikh said that his ministry is studying the issue of permitting Saudi women lawyers how to practice their work but without making direct contacts with Judges.
