On the Israeli role in the ME conflict

Eyal Zeaser, the Israeli expert in the Arab affairs at Dayan's Institute at Tel Aviv university said that Saudi Arabia plays a key role in the Palestinian- Israeli conflict because of its fears of the deterioration of conditions in the region and inside the Kingdom.
In an interview with the Israeli radio on Sunday, the Israeli expert said the question is can Saudi Arabia pressure the "Islamic Jihad" and "Hamas" and convince the Palestinians to stop the "suicide operation." He indicated the desire of the Arab states especially Egypt and Saudi Arabia to calm down conditions and return back to the table of negotiations.
