Algerian president wants consolidation of democracy

All the Algerian administrative institutions were given instructions by president Abdelaziz Bouteflika to meet "all the demands " of the competition of the coming Algerian elections saying what is at stake is the "consolidation of the democratic construction," APS reported thursday.
