GCC special ministerial session to be held on Wednesday in al-Riyadh

The secretary general of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Abdul Rahman Bin Hamad al-Ateyah has announced that the special session of the GCC ministerial council will be held May 12 in al-Riyadh at the request proposed by Saudi Arabia. Al-Ateyah added that the GCC foreign ministers will be meeting in Riyadh for one day in order to discuss current developments taking place at the regional and international arenas and to coordinate stances among the GCC member states on means of challenging these developments especially in the occupied Arab territories and the continued Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people.
