New changes to be introduced to the Syrian ministry of information

Well-informed sources told the Kuwaiti daily al-Rai al-Am that the Syrian prime minister Muhammad Mustafa Miro has licensed two new magazine in Syria.
The first is a comprehensive weekly for the nephew of the Syria army chief of staff Hassan Turkmani. The paper, on the other hand, said that the chief editor of the Syrian daily al-Thawra and other four Syrian dailies in other provinces retired according to an earlier decision issued by the Syrian prime minister.
The paper continued that the Syrian ministry of information, is expected to witness changes at the level of the deputies for the minister. A matter which makes it imperative to appoint new persons in the empty posts especially the position of SANA's director general and al-Thawra's chief editor whose post has become empty as from Tuesday.
