Israel uses European funds in construction of settlements

Arab league secretary-general Amr Moussa said that the government of Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon has been using European funds in reconstruction of Jewish settlements on Palestinian territories.
Asked about reports that Yasser Arafat used Europe's funds to finance terrorism, Moussa termed such reports as groundless pointing out that Israel has been forging the certificate origin of settlement products
