The US magazine " the Times" said in its Monday's issue that the US President George Bush signed by the beginning of the current year a "top secret document" put by the CIA, that provides for starting preparations to topple the Iraqi President Saddam Hussein.
The Israeli radio on Monday quoted the magazine as saying that the US defense department started to found an advanced center for leading air operations from the Qatari al-Aided air base.
