Bush to meet with Sharon on Tuesday

The White House spokesman said yesterday that the US President George Bush will be meeting with the Israeli prime minister next Tuesday in Washington.

The Israeli government stressed that Sharon will leave for Washington today evening to meet with the Bush for the fifth time since he assumed power and he will return back to Tel Aviv on Wednesday.

The Israeli daily Haartez said that Sharon will discuss with Bush a plan on what Sharon had called a settlement for the Arab- Israeli conflict.

During a meeting for the mini- Israeli cabinet Sharon presented the main lines for this plan which expected to concentrate on the principle of a long- term provisional agreement in any future Israeli negotiations.
