Israeli tomato seeds in the Moroccan markets

The Moroccan daily al-Alam said on Friday quoting well-informed sources that Israeli tomato seeds are strongly invading the Moroccan market.
The paper said that among the five types of seeds which the Moroccan peasants deal with, four are imported by three Moroccan companies from Israel.
The paper explained that these companies keep secret the source of the imported seeds because it saves him a great margin of profit.
The paper stressed that the seeds imported from Israel cause diseases that makes potato leaves to turn yellow in vast areas of the cultivated lands during the three past years.
