Kuwait Ruler Receives Moroccan Speaker

The ruler of Kuwait, Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, received Tuesday in Kuwait city speaker of the Moroccan House of Representatives (lower house of the Moroccan Parliament), Abdelouahed Radi.
Sheikh Jaber entrusted Radi with conveying greetings to King Mohammed VI and underlined the firmness of the ties of brotherhood and cooperation existing between the two sisterly people, a release by the House of representatives said.
Besides bilateral relations, the two sides surveyed several Arab and international issues, the release said.
Radi arrived in Kuwait Saturday to participate in the 7th session of the executive committee of the Parliamentary Union of member countries of the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC). Radi is the current chairman of the union.
