Japanese telecom minister to visit Morocco
Morocco-Japan, Economics, 5/1/2002

Japanese minister of administrative management, interior affairs, post and telecommunications, Toransuke Katayama, will start Thursday a four-day visit to Morocco.

During his stay in Morocco, the Japanese minister will meet several officials, including state secretary in charge of post and telecommunications and information technologies, Nasr Hajji.

Talks will cover bilateral cooperation in the field of telecoms.

Toransuke Katayama will also visit the Casablanca technological park, where several IT startups and small firms are based.
