Powell will return back to the region by the mid of May

The Saudi daily al-Watan said Monday that US secretary of state Colin Powell will return back to the region prior to mid May.
The paper stressed that the US secretary of state will work for the resumption of negotiations between the Israeli and the Palestinian sides.
