Sudan gives up training volunteers for Palestine

The US State Department said that the Sudanese government informed the US it does not intend to hold training camps to train volunteers for helping the Palestinians.
The office of the spokesman for the US state department said that the US held contacts with Sudan to receive clarification about this mater.
The office added:"if the Sudanese government is serious about improving its international standing and improving its relations with the United States, it must cease the rhetoric of jihad and violence. We were informed by the Sudanese Government that there was no intention of setting up camps to train militants."
