UNSC can try Israeli generals for war crimes
Palestine-Israel, Politics, 4/25/2002

An Egyptian international judge, Fowad Abdel Monem Reyad said the UN Security Council can hold international tribune for Israeli war criminals, on top of whom is Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, under UN charter, chapter seven.

Reyad is a member of the international tribune for Yugoslavian war criminals.

UNSC can take necessary action to put an end to any threat to international peace and security by military interference "er any other form," he said.

When UNSC found difficulty to interfere militarily in Yugoslavia, it decided to hold an international tribune against the heads of the war criminals. It was the first time in history to apply legal deterrence of the international law to stop massacres, he said.
