Jordan denies postponing parliamentary elections

The Jordanian minister of the Interior Qaftan al-Majali has denied news talking about postponing the parliamentary elections, because of the developments of current conditions in the occupied Palestinian territories. Moreover, Jordanian government sources stressed that the elections will be held on September 24th as decided before.
The sources said that the ministry of the interior is preparing, according to the set schedule.
On the other hand, the Jordanian sides concerned have started studying objections on the lists of voters and this process will last for three weeks for preparing the lists in their final form.
