Larsen arrives in Beirut

The delegate of the secretary general of the UN to the Middle East Terry Rod Larsen arrived in Beirut on Monday in a visit which will lasts for two days during which he will be meeting with high ranking Lebanese officials in order to discuss conditions in the region.
Larsen visited the general headquarters of UNIFIL working in South Lebanon in al-Naqoura and held talks with General Lalit Mouman Tiowari in the presence of high ranking UN officers concerning conditions on the southern Lebanese borders with Israel and recent developments took place there.
