Maher heads Egypt's delegation to Euro-Mediterranean conference

Egyptian Foreign Minister Ahmed Maher heads to Valencia in Spain to head Egypt's delegation to the 5th Euro-Mediterranean ministerial conference.
Maher will review Egypt's efforts to push Israel to abide by the international legitimacy resolutions and to link the political process and the security arrangements.
Assistant Foreign Minister for European Affairs Ambassador Mohamed Shaban said that a consultative meeting will be held between the European Troika and Arab Foreign Ministers on Monday to discuss means of halting Israeli aggression and activating the European role in the region.
He added that the conference will probe the situation in the Middle East and the Euro-Mediterranean economic, cultural and social partnership.
