Sharon's office director resigns

Israel's prime minister Ariel Sharon's office chairman Ori Shani gave his resignation on Friday because of differences and continued tension between him and Sharon's son, Omri.

A statement issued by the presidency of the Israeli cabinet said that Ori Shani asked to be exempted from his mission and he will be replaced in the few coming days.

Worthy mentioning that Shani is the firth director for Sharon's office who resigns since Ariel Sharon assumed power as a prime minister in Israel in February 2001.
