World calls to put Sharon to trial

Amnesty International has called for an investigation to reveal all the circumstances surrounding the murder of hundreds of Palestinians in the West Bank which has been recently swept by the Israeli forces.
In Geneva, the UN Committee for Human Rights adopted a resolution on the Israeli violations in the Palestinian territories.
Forty states voted for the resolution, five were against and seven abstained. The resolution condemned the Israeli practices stressing that Israel has perpetrated war crimes and genocide against the Palestinian citizens.
In Brazil, the Chairman of the Human Rights Committee in the Brazilian parliament called for filing a case in the International Court of Justice against Ariel Sharon as a criminal of war who committed crimes against humanity.
The Brazilian MP stressed that the International Community cannot remain nonchalant as regards the catastrophic and systematic campaign of war crimes launched by Sharon.
On the other hand, the Conference of the Euro-Mediterranean Civil Society held in Valencia called for halting the brutal Israeli aggression on the Palestinian territories and to compensate the Palestinians for the damages which have been inflicted upon them as a result of this aggression.
The conference held Ariel Sharon fully responsible of all the events and called for an international investigation on all the violations perpetrated in the Palestinian territories and putting to trial all the perpetrators in an international tribunal.
Meantime, The International Organization against Corruption announced that it is keen recently on collecting evidence and documents condemning the Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon in preparation for putting him on trial as a criminal of war.
The organization which is located in Cyprus declared that it works in collaboration with three Palestinian organizations of human rights in order to document testimonies of the Palestinian victims who survived out of the Israeli massacres and aggression on their lands lately.
