Five Arab finance institutions give 10% of 2001 profits to Palestinian people

Five Arab finance institutions, which are meeting in Algiers, have decided to give 10% of their 2001 profits to support the Palestinian people, based on an initiative of the United Arab Emirates.
The five finance institutions are the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development, the Arab Monetary Fund (AMF), the Arab Bank for African Development and the Arab body for investments guarantee.
