Ruler of Qatar, Saudi crown prince discussed in Casablanca current conditions

The ruler of Qatar Sheikh Hamad Bin Khaleifa al-Thani on Tuesday evening met with the Saudi crown prince Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz in Casablanca.

During the meeting which was held at the headquarters of the Saudi crown prince's resident in Casablanca, Morocco, current discussions in the region and cooperation between the two states were reviewed.

The meeting was attended by the Qatari foreign minister Sheikh Hamad Bin Jaber al-Thani, and senior Qatari officials and the Qatari ambassador to Morocco.

On the Saudi side, the meeting was attended by prince Faisal Bin Abdullah Bin Muhammad al-Saud the secretary of the national guards for the western sector and Lt. Gen. Mutiib Bin Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz, several Saudi princes and high ranking officials.

The Qatari ruler attended a dinner banquet held in his honor and his companions by the Saudi crown prince.

Then the Qatari ruler left Morocco after a visit which lasted for few hours.
