Saudi foreign minister to visit Moscow

The Saudi foreign minister prince Saud al-Faial will on Thursday pay an official visit to Russia during which he will be meeting with the Russian President Vladimir Putin and with his foreign minister Igor Ivanov.
The Saudi daily al-Watan said on Tuesday that al-Faisal's talks with the Russian leadership will concentrate on the grave and drastic conditions in the occupied Arab territories as a result of the Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people.
The two sides will also discuss means of implementing the Arab peace initiative, approved by the Arab summit in Beirut by the end of March.
Worthy mentioning that the visit of the Saudi minister to Moscow precedes the visit to be held by the Saudi crown prince Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz to the USA.
Al-Faisal during March got a message from his Russian counterpart and it was handed over then by the Russian envoy Andre Vadovin.
