The United Arab Emirates president, Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al-Nahyan, has promulgated a decree on the creation of a free-trade zone with Morocco. Under the agreement, the two Arab states will grant each other's goods an additional 10% reduction of customs duties and tariffs. Go
