Powell telephones Mubarak

US Secretary of State Colin Powell telephoned President Mubarak to brief him on the results of his talks with Arafat and Sharon and the ideas tackled during the meetings. He told the President that he would sustain efforts for narrowing the gap between the two sides standpoints.
