Lebanese national resistance storms Israeli positions in Rweisat al-Alam, destroys Jabal al-Sheikh observatory

The Lebanese national resistance men on Wednesday broke into Rweisat al-Alam position in the occupied Shebaa farms and destroyed one Meir Kava tank, two radars and hoised the flag of the Lebanese resistance over it.

Simultaneously the Lebanese resistance men launched a large scale attack at all Israeli positions in the Shebaa farms and inflicted heavy losses in the Israeli forces despite the air bombardment and the most violent artillery bombardment since the withdrawal of the Israeli forces from south Lebanon.

The Lebanese national news agency said that the Lebanese national resistance strongly retaliated the Israeli aggression and fired Graad and Katyusha missiles at the facing Israeli positions until the stations of the Israeli artillery in the occupied Syrian Golan heights and the Israeli "observatory center" in Jabal al-Sheikh.

The agency said that Jabal al-Sheikh Observatory center's formations were damaged, adding that the Lebanese resistance fired more than 180 missiles shelling within 75 minutes and targeted the Israeli positions in the occupied Banias town, al-Namroud castle, Zooura and Hafra.

The Lebanese resistance issued a detailed statement on the Israeli losses. It read: One Meir Kava tank was destroyed in Rweisat al-Alam and the main fortifications to the west and north of the position, two radar and the main fortifications, radar in Ramtha and at Zibdin position as well as the technical equipment and several radars.

Another statement by the Lebanese resistance said that the attack launched on Wednesday morning covered al-Sammaqa, Daher al-Ahmar, Ramtha, Rweisat al-Qarn, Zibdin; and direct hits were achieved.

The Lebanese resistance said in its statement that these operations as "gifts" to the Palestinian steadfast resistance men in Jenin and in the old town of Nablus and the persons who are besieged in the church of "Nativity" in Bethlehem.

Earlier the Israeli forces have escalated its land and air attacks, violently, including its airplanes violations of vast areas of south Lebanon until Baalbeck, the northern Bekaa and al-Harmel.

Lebanese Security sources said that the Israeli raids and artillery bombardment on Wednesday hit remote areas from the battle field and targeted the western Bekaa in which the Israelis used their heavy artilleries and fired 300 shells on Kafer Shouba, Halta, Shanouh, Bastara farm, Kafer Hamam and the woods of al-Babareyah, tallet al-Sadaneh and the hills overlooking Burket Shebaa until al-Mari plains, al-Khayyam and al-Majedeyah.

The air raids also targeted the western Bekaa at the triangle of Burgos, Souk al-Khan, Qelya, Wadi Nabi al-Asal and the area situated between Rashaya al-Fakhar and al-Fardis.

The Israeli warplanes carried out seven raids at the outskirts of Kafer Shouba, Shabaa, Kawkaba and Eable al-Saqqi accompanied with heavy artillery bombardment.

On the other hand, The Lebanese national resistance said it had registered 188 Israeli violations of the Lebanese sovereignty between April 2nd until April 8th, including 123 air violations, 39 land violations and 16 violations by the sea.
