Massacres of unarmed Palestinians in Jenin; suicide operation kills 10 Israeli soldiers

As the Israeli prime minister Ariel Sharon stressed he will not pull out his forces from the Palestinian territories and that he had informed the US President George Bush about that, the cities of the West Bank had witnessed more crimes and ugliest terrorist operations by the Israeli occupation army with Jenin Camp witnessing a mass massacre committed by the Israeli forces.

The Israeli bulldozers on Wednesday continued demolishing Jenin camp over the corpses of the killed or wounded Palestinians in order to cover its crimes and assassination operations against Palestinians and those who defended the camps, whose ammunition expired during their confrontation of the Israeli invading forces.

The BBC correspondent said that the Israeli invading forces opened fire at all people of the camp while they were trying to move from one house to another before the Israeli bulldozers reached the place to later on destroy every thing.

The correspondent added that the situation is catastrophic and the scene is beyond description as the corpses are scattered every where while huge number of women and children become displaced.

The Israeli defense minister Bin Aliazer said that the military operations Israel is doing were able to eliminate the "infrastructure" of the Palestinians, whereas the Israeli prime minister Ariel Sharon said that these operations will continue and cover areas that were not stormed yet during the coming weeks. Sharon added that he asked the US not to pressure Israel and that he had informed the US President George Bush that Israel will not pull out its forces immediately, as the US administration had requested.

Sharon had described the US as the "great friend" and that it will not exert pressures to halt the military operations before they are completed.

To complete these operations, Sharon had talked about, the Israeli forces re-occupied al-Samou' town to the south of Hebron after it bombarded by tanks and Apache planes the Palestinian houses. No detailed news were reported about the volume of losses.

Meantime, the Israeli forces assassinated the official in charge for al-Qassam group in Doura town Akram Sidqi after breaking into the town and also demolished a house for Fawaz Mustafa, member in the Hamas movement.

In Nablus and the adjoining areas, news reports talked about killing 59 Palestinians and a boy in battles taking place in Ein al-Maa camp near Nablus after the Israeli forces evacuated and arrested most people of the camp under intensive missiles fire.

News reports that the corpses of 14 Palestinians were identified in Nablus including Ribhi Haddad ( of the people's front for the liberation of Palestine) and Col. Ahmad Huneidan ( of the Palestinian security ), while one Palestinian was killed by the bullets of the Israeli settlers near Ariel settlement adjoining Nablus. The Palestinian youth Abdul Karim Abu Shu'llah was also killed in Antaba town after an Israeli Apache plane missile hit his car.

In the besieged city of al-Jalil the Israeli occupation forces committed a new massacre. The Hamas official in the city Jamal Abu al-haija said that the Israeli invading forces demolished several houses and asked the citizens to leave.

In Bethlehem, the Israeli forces dropped bombs near al-Mahd ( Nativity ) Church in order to force the Palestinians who are inside to leave.

In Ramullah the Israeli forces detonated the buildings surrounding Arafat's headquarters and opened bullet fire intensively at the neighboring houses and this resulted in killing Manal Sami Ibrahim, a woman inside her house and the corpse of the Palestinian Muhammad Abu Teima was found. He is one of the workers at Arafat's headquarters.

Two Palestinians were killed by the Israeli bullets in Antaba town which adjoins Toulkarem and news reports said that the Israeli aggression also continued at the city of Toulkarem.

In retaliation to horrifying massacres committed by the Israeli war machines, a Palestinian resistance man on Wednesday carried out a suicide operation inside an Israeli coach carrying Israeli soldiers near Keysoun crossing in Haifa resulted in killing 18 Israeli soldiers and wounding more than 10, most of them in critical conditions.

Israeli military sources said that number of Israelis killed in this operation will increase while eye witnesses said that the explosion in the coach was so strong that it was completely destroyed, besides several adjoining cars were damaged.

Ezz Eddine al-Qassam groups of the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas claimed responsibility for the operation. It said that this operation was a qualitative change as the Palestinian resistance men who were able to once again prove the failure of the "security theory proclaimed by Sharon." The secretary general of the Palestinian authority Ahmad Abdul Rahman said that this operation is a natural reaction to the brutality of Sharon and the massacres he committed against the Palestinians.

Meanwhile, the spokesman for the White House said that Haifa's operations has reinforces the need of the withdrawal of the Israeli forces from the Palestinian territories and proved it for the US President George Bush for the need of what he called " halting of violence."
