Powell conveys a warning to halt Hizbullah attacks

The Saudi daily al-Watan said in its Tuesday's issue that the US secretary of state Colin Powell will convey to Syria and Lebanon through Arab diplomatic channels an Israeli warning to halt the attacks of the Hizbullah party.
The paper said, quoting sources that were not identified that Powell will ask the Arab states to pressure both Syria and Lebanon to halt what Israel and the US call the provocative raids and Powell is carrying in his pocket a green light that he gave to Israel to implement direct attacks at the party and at the border villages with Lebanon and Israel threatening to blow off a comprehensive war, practically.
