King Mohammed appoints new general manager of phosphates company
Morocco, Business, 4/9/2002
Morocco's King Mohammed VI, who was accompanied by prince Moulay Rachid, appointed this Tuesday afternoon Mourad Cherif general manager of the Office Cherifien des Phosphates, state-owned phosphates company.
Cherif will be replacing Driss Jettou, home minister.
Cherif was heading Omnium Nord-Africain (ONA), Morocco's largest private holding.
