Khaddam discusses with Qaddoumi the Arab position, aggression on Palestinians

Syrian Vice President Abdul Halim Khaddam on Monday evening received the chairman of the PLO political department Farouk al-Qaddoumi.
Discussions dealt "with the brutal Israeli aggressions against the Palestinian people aiming at liquidating the Palestinians cause." Discussions dealt with the Arab situation and the need for a serious Arab position that complies with the set ambitions of the Arab people towards supporting the Palestinians. al-Qaddoumi expressed "satisfaction over Syria's backing to the Palestinians in their heroic steadfastness for liberation."
